Weasel for Display and Analysis of
Flow Cytometry Data
Weasel is a leader in the graphical analysis of flow
cytometry data with a wide range of graphics formats,
several of which are unique. Some of the more exotic
include:
New! 19 November 2023 v3.8.1,
a bug-fix version of v3.8 is now available. See the new version page for details.
All existing licences will be
valid for this version.
10 August 2023 The new
Weasel revision, v3.8, is now available. Now with a powerful
tool for discovering cell population changes by overlaying
data files in all dotted display forms (2D and 3D dotplots,
2D and 3D biplots) (see more..).
Also, all dotted displays can have dots coloured
according to the local cell density in the data space.
Versions available for Macintosh, Windows PC and unix
varieties (with Java).
A long heritage in exploratory data analysis through
innovative visual display techniques.
See also the companion program ACluE
for cell cluster discovery in multi-parameter data.
Weasel is available for public
download. A fully functional copy can be downloaded
free for a 30 day trial. Thereafter, a small licence fee
is required.
Features:
Common display forms (histograms, contour plots and dot
plots: see the display browser below).
Batch mode processing.
Exporting merged and/or gated FCS data files.
Export of high resolution graphics.
Numerical statistics.
Handles multi-block data (Beckman-Coulter LMD, *Guava,

Earlier Release 19th May 2022:Weaselv3.7.2 a bug fix version of
Weasel: v3.7.1 which was an enhancement of version 3.7 with
Parallel Coordinates displays and expansion of the Population
Linking technique. [See the New
Version page for info]

HISTOGRAMS: May
have overlays of differing gates or from different data files.
